Windows 10 won't let me eject a 2TB flash drive. - Microsoft Community
i had backup created of old laptop trained professional. connected backup drive computer , perfect; there. happy. windows 10, happy not let go. not eject drive in either of 3 standard ways (right click , selecting eject or going computer dropping down see on list , ejecting there, or little carrot on task bar , lets see attached hardware---it greyed out there , not select it. i saw number of older posts on issue suggesting various possible causes nothing 2017. wondering latest solutions issue. thanks advice. might want in device manager - there setting there allows unplug flash drive. if want totally safe, shut down computer unplug it.especially if 2tb flash drive must have cost on $1,000 usd.
