netio.sys blue screen error in Win 10 - Microsoft Community

i keep getting blue screen on computer.   dell replaced harddrive , memory , comes.   suspect comes program have installed.  but, these programs run fine on other alienware computer.

so, how find out program uses driver causing problem , why problem on 1 computer , not other.
