hello, i urgently need ur not want loose personal files. my laptop has been working fine since last week had restarted computuer , has been extremely slow , nothing responding. there no weird sounds, boots normally, shuts down normally, probelm slow , programs not respond. can access files(ex. viewing pics) slow state cannot copy , paste files. nothing bottom task bar works , checked task manager , showing me 100% disk when nothing open. laptop not crash , no memory no near full. laptop 3 years old , new problem me. lastest software downloaded calculater software , last thing had done before problem occured print out word. sure calculator software not problem because used specific 1 came graphing calculator , also, ive had around 2 weeks before problem arised. have tried 3 of 4 system restores , not complete successfully. please , let me know problem. these following specs: acer aspire e-15 intel pentium(quad core processor) intel hd grap

i have problem creating hotspot on windows 10. every time try turn on says "we can't set mobile hotspot. turn on wi-fi." tried turning on wi-fi  , ethernet gives same message. i'm using a  hp 15-bs576tx 2017 laptop  restart computer , test if mobile hotspot works. if not solve, try reset network connections: open powershell (administrator), or command prompt (administrator), type following commands pressing enter @ end of each command line. netsh winsock reset      netsh int ip reset      netsh advfirewall reset    ipconfig / flushdns     ipconfig / release     ipconfig / renew   close , restart computer @ end of commands. try again activate mobile hotspot , check again using netsh wlan show driver command if hosted network supported.
