hello there. i've bought new computer , i'm having lot of trouble setting up. going until wanted delete folder located @ root of secondary hard drive told didn't have permissions. oh hate when specific thing happens, since account administrator , trying delete installed. anyways. managed solve on old pc, on new 1 caused lot of problems: first got recycle bin being corrupted thing, since managed change ownership of both hard drives account thought after reboot fancy. wrong , happened: http://i.imgur.com/7zrtpft.png and top off, can't access start menu. reduced seems no fonts showing up, or being extremely small/big breaks boundaries. luckily, i'm able enter settings through windows key + x , clicking space it's meant (i'm double checking through old computer), , somehow accessing internet browser works ok. can read here what's on address bar. so do? there way fix or forced format , start scratch again? in case

i installed clean windows 10 pro build 16299 on lenovo t400 4 gb ram. installation went well, , windows 10 opened 2 minutes. then, of sudden, icons on desktop disapperared, taskbar tray disappeared (except time , date), , apps opened start button placed icon on taskbar, not open. control-alt-delete places icon on taskbar, not open. right click on desktop opens menu, trying open display settings or personalize places icon on taskbar. icons on taskbar show miniture picture of should on screen, not open. thing works "start" button opens theon screen menu , power icon give shutdown menu.  the lenovo ran build 15063 of windows 10 properly, "clean" installation wiped drive prior of installationm of 16299 [moved from:  windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate] what exact make , model of lenovo?   have checked manufacturers website determine compatibility? check list determine

hello all! have windows 10 home following system settings: ryzen 7 16 gb ram 1070 gtx samsung 960 m.2 (really fast) drivers up-to date , hardware vendors not windows update. i added multi-card reader attaches motherboards usb3.0 port. windows appears await each drive 2 seconds during boot turned sub 1 second boot time 17 seconds. card reader : "shintaro blazer usb3.0 int card reader" don't think card reader problem, people have same issue when usb drives attached pc during boot. my question, how delay initialisation of card reader. want initialise after boot process complete (or other way stop delay). hi david, if card reader attached device while booting, suggest remove it. need connect pc once boot process complete. in case, can delay initialization of card reader. let know if need else. we're here help.
