i had been running enterprise pro version , decided upgrade windows. took system out , had rebuilt. own drivers , programs. ran fine , had set security features password required access things on system, such no downloads without admin password, no deletion or removal of programs without admin passwords etc. had separate password office program.  this failed update windows on june 06/2017 less 2 months after having system rebuilt secure. i developed blacking of monitor me means conflict in programing. upgraded monitor hdmi monitor got glitch. had contacted microsoft through virtual tech. continued chat. when spoke man named michael reportedly works microsoft tech in philippeans, asked access system , when did sent me link rescue me downloaded , allowed him access. advised me fix issue might need perform clean install. told him had custom system , clean install create issues. told him 5 or 6 times. he told me wait twenty 4 hours , problem resolved

trying change account pw in windows 10. login account (administrator). follow process. confirm current password window. type in pw, , receive message "the password incorrect. try again." ok, mistyped, think. try again, checking caps lock not on, , careful type pw correctly, believe do. same result: pw incorrect. so, go notepad, type pw, verify correct, copy, confirm current password window , paste pw. same result "incorrect password." logout, login, no problem. repeat process. same result. restart computer, login account, repeat process. same result! have tried setting pin , picture login. again, when confirm current password window "incorrect password" response. have anitvirus , have scanned. happening here? if can login account, why being told pw incorrect when try change pw? hello, in order assist in better way, kindly answer below questions: are referring microsoft account or lo
