hi all, built 2 identical brand new computers , have been experiencing serious networking issues on both. the computers the computers built scratch, , have windows 10 home 64-bit on both. being used basic office tasks in shared office building. there wireless router in same room computers (owned building owners), , 1 ethernet port being used voip phone. here specs: mobo: msi b250m pro-vdh cpu: intel pentium g4560 ram: 1x8gb ddr4 graphics: n/a storage: 1x 256gb ssd (main drive), 1x 1tb hd (storage) both computers had pcie wifi card installed, however, after experiencing significant issues getting work, returned cards , purchased 2 usb wifi adaptors.  the problem initially, usb adaptors worked fine in both pc's. however, on time, started experience issues usb's. lose connection network, or not connect @ all. fixed restarting computer, or disabling , re-enabling adaptor. both pc's experienced same issues, @ different

problem: cannot share files between 2 computers on same network anymore - computers have disappeared "network" in windows explorer on both ends. both computers using windows 10. the files still shared, same have been years.  i can ping both ways across network.  network discovery on on both computers.  file , printer sharing enabled.  computers have no connectivity problems aside not being visible.  computers still not visible when windows firewall disabled, when antivirus disabled, , when router firewall disabled.  homegroup has been bugged since windows 10 update, cannot used. hello microsoft community,      installed windows 10 fall creator's update on computer few days ago.  took 8 hours complete installation process.  before installed; however, 3 languages available on computer: english (u.s.), chinese simplified (china), , chinese traditional (hong kong).  after update complete, chinese traditional had changed hong kong version taiwan version (if remember correctly).  removing chinese traditional language bar, re-added chinese traditional (hong kong) windows typing language, changed taiwan version.      have figured out if drag language bar out of taskbar onto desktop screen english (u.s.) , chinese simplified (china), can switch between simplified , traditional; however, obstructs fullscreen youtube videos , blocks buttons, making me move around lot.  if put taskbar, way switch simplified traditional chinese using ctrl+shift+f.      bottom line: don't want use keyboard shortcut, , want 3 languages listed

when first wake our desktop in morning can take 10 mins cursor appear on lock screen before logging in , when cursor appear unusable while too. have 2 users logged in @ times , put sleep in evening. changing between users has lag , when first changing on user windows / start menu (that meant pop when click on windows icon bottom left) , have click on else go down, , window left open when putting sleep (usually google chrome) not full screen left smaller sized , takes while resize itself.  sometimes @ point there black spaces other smaller windows taking time resize or load i have run troubleshooter in settings , have updated drivers devices in device manager.. have run malwarebytes , ccleaner. i hope out there can me this? it asus desktop running win 10 64 bit. i purchased microsoft natural ergonomic keyboard 4000– wired. plugged in keyboard , windows instantly recognized it. scroll thing , 1-5 keys weren’t working, , according documentation need install ms mouse , keyboard center, went ahead , downloaded , installed it. nothing happens. click on shortcut on start menu , nothing happens. try opening .exe directly administrator , nothing happens. tried uninstalling, rebooting, installing again, rebooting, , nothing happens. not damn thing happens , should able see damn app after opens can set up. it boggles mind keyboard , software developed microsoft , still aren’t compatible. how make work? i’m using windows 10 pro 64-bit , installed 64-bit version of ms mouse , keyboard center Windows / Windows 10 / Devices & drivers / PC

up until now, dvds i've attempted play in windows 10 computer have played successfully. recently tried dvd failed play. upon inserting dvd either of 2 optical disk drives (one dvd-rw drive, other blu-ray-re drive) dvd appears blank dvd-r , seems register removable storage media, opposed dvd video disc. in disk management disc appears dvd standard 4.16 gb size, file system/formatting listed "raw". when attempt open disc in windows explorer/file explorer, shows blank. sometimes, when insert dvd, receive prompt message "b: directory name invalid". oddly, did not happen recent time attempted use dvd, though other symptoms same described them here. the twist here when attempt play exact same disc on other systems, it works fine . my hp laptop 2007 running windows 7 plays fine. my dedicated set-top dvd player circa 2003 plays fine. my playstation 4 videogame console plays fine. when insert disc hp windows 7 l
