[Windows 10] Lose internet connection when uploading pictures - Microsoft Community

day!

first time owning windows 10 laptop , having problem internet connection. wondering if laptop have bought not working or software/os problem. problem when try upload pictures on facebook or google drive, cannot access internet if still connected internet. have tried 4 different browsers (microsoft edge, ie, chrome, firefox) , result same. couldn't upload anything. when video calling facebook, popup of video call close after few minutes. 

in company laptop running on windows 7, have not encountered such problems. new laptop dell inspiron 15 7000 gaming running on windows 10 home edition.

a misconfiguration network connection settings possible cause of connection issue you're experiencing windows 10. great if can tell more concern. kindly answer following:

  • when did issue start?
  • did notice system setting changes prior issue?
  • are getting error messages?
  • what troubleshooting steps have tried far?
  • have installed the latest updates windows 10?
  • what current os build of windows 10 pc?

to verify os build of windows 10 pc, click the start button, type about pc, , press enter.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
