changing time zone on windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i purchased surface book running windows 10. have been trying change time zone pacific central time, says dont have permissions when i'm administrator.

qustodio , other software can cause that.

try using hidden admin account set ;

start - type in --> cmd find @ top , right click on run admin.

@ prompt (note spaces)

net user administrator /active:yes

(hit enter)

not use time, repairs, later disable repeat cmd

net user administrator /active:no

hit enter
