i using new dell inspiron 5765 laptop , discovered in settings in order up/down scrolling need use 2 fingers. why decision require 2 fingers when 1 fine? when using 2 fingers, first 2 fingers on hand, scrolling cumbersome , erratic. part of reason first 2 fingers of different length makes pressure applied different fingers, resulting in slow , difficult scrolling , @ times erratic scrolling because touchpad sensing not feeling equal pressure both fingers. in browsers chrome, 2 finger scrolling can misinterpreted page font size zooming or reducing performed pinching or spreading fingers apart. is still possible use driver synaptics dell used use, apparently not on specific laptop? with product scroll up/down 1 finger on 1 side or other of main portion of touchpad. i attempt answer dell can challenge unfortunately. did want confirm driver used alter native touchpad settings. sure wish windows provided option use 1 or 2 fingers!

i having issue getting err connection timed out when try load internet browsers.  have tried chrome, ie, , firefox. i have tried of recommended solutions find including clearing cookies, turn off modem , router , reconnect, rollback network drivers, temp turnoff of firewalls, temp turnoff of anti virus / malware - prevention, ipconfig (flushdns, release, renew, netsh winsock reset, etc,), resetting network, , pinged isp provider (which worked fine).  i not having internet connection issues other devices (that start , end e). not sure go here ..... haven't had problems until upgraded windows 10 (using hp pavilion dv6). any appreciated!  thanks!! hi, this issue internet connection have happened due several reasons hardware failure or isp configuration. suggest try connecting device internet connection. if error still occurs, suggest contact manufacturer. if have encountered issue in 1 computer. h

environment: windows 10 pro on standalone business laptop. each first login after feature update windows 10 installed pop-up "welcome to..." that asks me accept cookies website msn.com. design or there hidden adware running on computer? on computer, cookies disabled, i checked msn.com is. appears kind of online tabloid gossip , sensation news, tv celebraties got pregnant or crashed ferrari. websites like that are loaded tracking cookies etc. no way going accept them. the same pop-up appears when open new tab in edge. have set edge open new tab empty page!
