Unable to add an android phone in windows 10 - Microsoft Community

recently windows 10 update, seeing option in "settings" under "phone" add phone microsoft account.

however, after following steps still don't see phone listed in microsoft account. phone runs on android.

the option add phone under "phone" setup option, sends link phone. asks install microsoft edge.

i have done same , logged in microsoft account in phone.

still nothing happens. phone not show neither on pc nor on web.

so, practically how working?

setting mobile device added microsoft account can used files , backing security. can use locate windows phone device, check reset protection status, repair it, , support it. suggest checking link guide can use set microsoft account on devices.

let know if there other concerns.
