sometimes helps when hold wireless keyboard close monitor. 

i saw virus, updating drivers.  ran malwarebytes , found no threats.

driving me nuts.  do?

it's wireless keyboard have checked batteries see if require changing?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
