i installed microsoft arc touch & apple airpods (both bt devices) on x1 carbon notebook runs window 10. from time time both devices stop working while in setting bt on , both shows connected. sometimes turn off & on bt can help, need reboot. more this, after process airpods goes "paired" status instead of connected. giora  unsure bear in mind ... i'm having trouble creating wi-fi hotspot from windows 10 laptop. says " we can't setup mobile hotspot ". laptop has wi-fi functionality , connected internet via ethernet connection.  i have tried creating ad-hoc network via command prompt.  hi niladri, the " we can't setup mobile hotspot. so, issue have been having since upgraded windows 10, issue first 5 characters of name being saved windows 10, full name "sai raghu ram". windows keeps taking "saira" user name, can seen in both cmd , c:\users\. further administrator name set "saira". verified if name in microsoft account online correct.
