Numeric Keypad Won't Work! - Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

my numeric keypad works on login screen! searched internet , couldn't find answer. try , type numbers using keypad on other programs, such google chrome, microsoft edge, , netflix, , wouldn't type numbers. contacted support line didn't give me great answer. after digging, i:

  1. open settings
  2. select "ease of access" settings
  3. select "mouse" settings
  4. turn off "use numeric keypad move mouse around screen"
  5. make sure numlock turn on or "locked"
