hello, i have new asus a541uj laptop bought 3 months ago. came win10 pre-installed. have ubuntu on dual-boot installation. until have no issues either when run ubuntu or win10. one week ago when booted win 10 keyboard stopped working. usb mouse works fine , touchpad. can still use win 10 on-screen keyboard. 100% sure not hardware issue because on bios , ubuntu keyboard still works flawlessly. issue happens on win 10 when go device manager under keyboard have on driver installed ps2 keyboard , marked yellow exclamation warning. tried several times uninstall , reboot without success. updated driver web, no success. removed , re-installed atk package asus website , no result. contacted asus , told me reinstall win10, don't want do, because not having time , mind in dual boot system , having setup win customization again any appreciated.  thanks in advance tried check for more windows updates?

i received new microsoft surface pro , when asked email set account used existing email account @live.com extension.  response got follows "this email part of resrved domain.  please enter different email address."  if enter different address not existing 1 drive, new 1 none of existing files.  why can't use @live.com email address?  frustrating since expected extremely easy set up. moved from:windows / windows 10 / install, upgrade, & activate hi, we need further investigation can identify cause of issue. it's possible caused using existing email live id . work-around can use different/new email address used log in, , use existing email added or synced on onedrive so can still use/open existing files. see image below reference: looking forward response. basically, reinstalled windows 10 due issues having (i.e. blue screen of death on daily basis). far, problem has been resolved. however, these problems (which believe linked somehow, seperate issues) occuring. 1. app list not update new applications (such microsoft office , python) although can still use these applications. 2. cortana search bar not showing results, if type in notepad, control panel, settings, or cmd. 3. while can connect wifi, not showing available wifi networks. able use control panel manual connect access internet, however. 4. not letting me change location. while in united states, comes afghanistan (the first option on list), , while can change momentarily in settings, change not remain. control panel feature change location not appear. i have tried creating new account admin privileges, , account has same issues, have tried updating drivers, , on latest windows update. have never had problem before reset os. many in advance.

on macbook pro retina 2014, needed bootcamp partition use ms access 365. went well. but, may because partition not big enough, crashed. error code « your pc couldn’t start properly, error code 0xc0000001 ». if close macbook, need start macos power , option keys.  wha can correct situation ? delete bootcamp partition , start new larger partition? or there solution recovery? thank you  size of boot camp partition? version of windows 10 installed? latest version of macos installed? thats recommended windows 10 download , install latest version of macos improved support.
