i not windows 10 !!!!! hard set , operate. want go on-line , not viruses ! 

so can please explain how set 1 account , ????!!!

i not want set 2 or 3 accounts go on-line safely!!      thanks

in situation, chromebook better solution. chromebooks easy setup - done google - , safe. if want setup 2 or 3 accounts , go online, chromebook perfect you. , quite inexpensive.

by contrast, windows , macos (for apple computers) featured operating systems designed for  virtually every possible use. makes them powerful complicated. if don't need power, why deal complexity?

there windows computers can buy have been simplified vendor. (there's nothing similar macos.) such computers typically marketed seniors, feel unfair because beneficial @ age.

a chromebook or 'senior' windows pc make happy.
