i scammed fake microsoft telling me had been hacked , microsoft shutting down license , had purchase new license. 4yr license $299.00 or lifetime license $499.00 got suspicious , hung turned wifi off , shut computer down. used tablet contact microsoft, technician called me explained how technical support worked, purchased support $149.00  he had me turn computer on took control of filed report ftc last thing did set computer scan computer, told me use computer while scanned did, left computer on over night finished scan turn computer off next day turn computer on screen asking start password, don't know password call microsoft , tell me sense didn't purchase license scammed remover start password , need reinstall windows 10. ask if had second computer , flash drive don't  so tells me can take computer microsoft store. nearest store 400 mile away. explain me if scammed removed password how did computer start when turned on technician repair it. explain me paid $149.00 if can't give me windows password key in computer. money or money back. explain of this

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
