Connecting a second screen to my desktop - Microsoft Community

hi,

i have proline box , monitor have been trying connect second screen (acer), drivers have been installed , dvi-d connection in place second monitor. problem desktop cannot recognise there has been second screen connected. problem?

it possible second monitor have connected windows 10 computer has not been set project display causing not recognized.

make sure in extend projector mode clicking windows key + p and choosing extend.
