Cant connect to new WIFI network - Microsoft Community

hi can please help

yesterday changed isp , router , athough can connect new router pw cannot access internet. error message displayed website unsafe... same websites including microsoft.com

there's no problem connecting internet via wired lan new router older laptop or of our ipads , iphones etc surface laptop not access internet.

it log in our old isp , internet router without issues.

i've tried turn off firewall but makes no difference... not in flightmode etc etc help/suggestions appreciated

wrong configuration settings or outdated network adapter driver may possible reason why you're unable connect wi-fi network. address issue, suggest follow steps in article on how troubleshoot network connection. can expand each section , perform instructions you're not done yet.

keep posted if need additional help.
