Windows Log In Not Showing After Turning Laptop Back on from Sleep - Microsoft Community

everytime put laptop on 'sleep' mode , turn on,  initial display showing screensaver & time come on, when left click screen proceed log in screen, nothing comes up.  initial display disappear , it'll seem log in screen come on after 10 seconds of blank screen, goes initial display. 

when happens, i'd have restart computer.  after, i'd follow same exact steps except time log in screen comes out , allows me enter password.

anyone else having issue?  have ideas how fix it?  thanks!

this issue may occur corrupted user profile , system files.

to resolve issue, recommend place computer in safe mode , perform clean boot eliminate software conflicts may have occurred. click on this link for more information on how perform clean boot on windows 10. 

note: refer to how reset computer start after clean boot troubleshooting section know more information on how start computer in normal mode after clean boot process.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
