Driver IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL / SYSTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION - Microsoft Community

i have been having driver issues company pc on week , have been using ton of different fixes. 

i have tried update drivers, reinstall them, swapped out hardware, run driver verifier (which caused system crash , run boot cycle. @ loss. 

the recent fix have tried flashing hdd , doing fresh install of windows 10. install went in fine, , got desktop. around 10 minutes in driver irql not less or equal bsod , reboot, once launched again desk top got system service exception bsod.

my pc build follows:

os - windows 10 pro build 15063 (updates never go thru , crash halfway applying)

mobo - gigabyte ep45-ud3r

processor - intel(r) core(tm)2 quad cpu @ 2.66ghz

4gb of ram

gpu - ati firepro v3750

if can provide else diagnostic please let me know. 

let first reset driver verifier , boot windows.

you might need recovery drive boot.

in admin command prompt window, type in verifier /reset turn off verifier. next step, share driver detected verifier dumps have offending driver's name.

did swap hdd? 1 of dumps indicate problem file system, better if share newer dumps.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
