MS Mouse and Keyboard Center not working with Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i purchased microsoft natural ergonomic keyboard 4000– wired. plugged in keyboard , windows instantly recognized it. scroll thing , 1-5 keys weren’t working, , according documentation need install ms mouse , keyboard center, went ahead , downloaded , installed it.

nothing happens. click on shortcut on start menu , nothing happens. try opening .exe directly administrator , nothing happens. tried uninstalling, rebooting, installing again, rebooting, , nothing happens. not damn thing happens , should able see damn app after opens can set up.

it boggles mind keyboard , software developed microsoft , still aren’t compatible.

how make work?

i’m using windows 10 pro 64-bit , installed 64-bit version of ms mouse , keyboard center
