Programs partially not showing - Microsoft Community

hello.

since morning i've encountered problem laptop, , can't figure out what's cause.

when open programs, don't work properly. when open microsoft word, window partially white. when use adobe photoshop , open file, canvas doesn't show. if mouse on canvas in photoshop or page in word, can tell there, it's not showing on screen should. provide screenshots. these programs worked fine before. tried updating windows , video drivers no avail.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
