Microsoft .NET Framework Unhandled Exception Error, Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

hi.

for past few days, i've been opening laptop see quick flash of error, closes pops up. however, after put computer on sleep , wake up, error message stays. below exception text, etc. do here? haven't had experience dealing these kinds of errors before, , i'll admit little worried.

hello,

based on information have provided in post; need further investigation. assist better, we'd know following:

  • did make significant hardware or software changes on pc prior issue?
  • which version of windows 10 installed? check, click start menu , go settings > system > about, check version.
  • what troubleshooting steps have done far?
     

in meantime, let's try perform clean boot , check if issue persists. this done start windows using minimal set of drivers , startup programs. also, helps eliminate software conflicts of update or when run program in windows. check article , steps on how perform clean boot.  remember choose operating system you're using.

 

note: after clean boot troubleshooting steps, refer section "how reset computer start usual after troubleshooting clean boot" in provided link return computer normal startup mode.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
