i not able find setting synaptic on hp elitebook 820 g4 base model notebook pc windows 10. mouse not working while type , gets annoying while gaming. can't find palmcheck or smartsense. can please me.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
