Unable to install several drivers like bluetooth , ethernet - Microsoft Community

i have hp030tx laptop, i have replaced its motherboard. since unable install drivers plug-in-drivers. drivers actually get installed not recognized. of them can under other devices in device manager. tried many softwares install these drivers drivereasy , many more in vain. also, windows store apps are not getting installed well. giving error code: 0x80070057. i don't know whether these problems related or not.

i have tried uninstalling , installing these drivers

in device manager i have tried updating bluetooth driver using 

  1. searching online- says "windows has found drivers unable install them "
  2.  searching manually winsxs - says "windows has found drivers unable install them "

the error code 0x80070057 commonly caused irregular/incorrect entries in windows registry or incorrectly configured system settings may affect ability of device install updates , drivers. suggest running sfc , dism scan check , repair missing or damaged system file.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
