trying transparent background in paint

hi sue,

being able adjust transparency of photo nice feature. however, it's not available in windows 10 paint. may use microsoft office applications word, powerpoint edit photos, or may download photo editor apps available in windows store.

please check out link should prefer using microsoft office apps.
