My laptop Hp Pro book 6460b can't use fingerprint sign-in option - Microsoft Community

have installed win 10 first time on year . during log laptop using fingerprint. use win 10 pro last updates since installed can't use fingerprint way sign in , every time find message windows hello isn't compatible lap although in oldest version of win 10 before remove , install pro one. how fix that?

i'd check hp bios updates in case -- should still compatible after installing update.  suspect lost during clean install, hp can back.  built , guarantee work on hardware.
