Can't read anything, anywhere but settings - Microsoft Community


hello there. i've bought new computer , i'm having lot of trouble setting up. going until wanted delete folder located @ root of secondary hard drive told didn't have permissions. oh hate when specific thing happens, since account administrator , trying delete installed.

anyways. managed solve on old pc, on new 1 caused lot of problems: first got recycle bin being corrupted thing, since managed change ownership of both hard drives account thought after reboot fancy. wrong , happened:

and top off, can't access start menu. reduced seems no fonts showing up, or being extremely small/big breaks boundaries. luckily, i'm able enter settings through windows key + x , clicking space it's meant (i'm double checking through old computer), , somehow accessing internet browser works ok. can read here what's on address bar.

so do? there way fix or forced format , start scratch again? in case of latter, how format? since windows 10 dvd (you can 'see' inserted in previous picture) gets me kind of window

as else on pc, , seems i'm stuck in pretty weird spot i'm unable maneuver out from.

if there's other info should provide tell me , i'll try show it, or describe best can if i'm unable to.

hi,

this issue might caused third-party program or corrupted system file.

for resolve issue, suggest performing full system scan using antivirus software. recommend using system file checker tool. reference, check article on how scan , repair missing or corrupted system files using system file checker.
