keypad has stopped working on brand new hp pavilion laptop 14

depending on specific model ( there appears few ) may worth while asking hp support or specific forum first. https://h30434.www3.hp.com

it missing driver maybe? https://support.hp.com/us-en/drivers/selfservice/hp-14-bp000-laptop-pc/15551432 if thats model.
