No Audio Output is installed - Microsoft Community

after latest windows 10 update, audio doesn't work. showed no audio output installed.

i using conexant smartaudio hd.i tried out steps found online such check device manager (uninstall , changed hdmi), unable enhancement, restart windows audio , windows audio endpoint builder , troubleshoot. none of them work. 

can on issue?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
