Bluetooth Sound Quality is Terrible - Microsoft Community

i've been using bluetooth headphones few months , fine until few days ago.  now sound quality terrible.

when started playing quality would bad first few seconds , correct itself.  now, doesn't correct itself.

i've tried playing through laptop speakers , sounds ok there.

feedback hub issue.  i've run capture through there , submitted it.

you described issue audio quality of bluetooth headphones started few days ago. may know if have made significant changes device prior issue?

also, if connect bluetooth headphones device, still exhibit low-quality audio?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
