Err Connection Timed Out on Loading All Internet Browsers - Microsoft Community

i having issue getting err connection timed out when try load internet browsers.  have tried chrome, ie, , firefox.

i have tried of recommended solutions find including clearing cookies, turn off modem , router , reconnect, rollback network drivers, temp turnoff of firewalls, temp turnoff of anti virus / malware - prevention, ipconfig (flushdns, release, renew, netsh winsock reset, etc,), resetting network, , pinged isp provider (which worked fine). 

i not having internet connection issues other devices (that start , end e). not sure go here ..... haven't had problems until upgraded windows 10 (using hp pavilion dv6).

any appreciated!  thanks!!

hi,

this issue internet connection have happened due several reasons hardware failure or isp configuration. suggest try connecting device internet connection. if error still occurs, suggest contact manufacturer.

if have encountered issue in 1 computer. have happened network card. manufacturer best option assist driver issues.

let know if require further assistance.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
