as you've discovered, epson doesn't support model on windows 10. recent driver model issued on 2/7/2013.
when hardware manufacturer stops supporting product on windows, it's matter of time before stops working properly, or may stop working altogether.
lack of support means epson hasn't tested device on windows 10, doesn't know sure whether work properly, , isn't updating driver keep changes in windows 10. epson can these things - they're out of microsoft's hands.
what's confusing people unsupported device can run long time windows changes, until windows changes enough manufacturer's lack of support starts matter. happens after update windows, why see posts along lines of "update x wrecked computer..." it's not update did damage; it's hardware manufacturer's lack of support.
that doesn't mean rx680 done for. if haven't already, try installing recent driver in compatibility mode. may enough 4-in-1 going while longer, @ least.
failing that, post question in community forum deals epson printers. don't think epson sponsors own forum, might try epson printer forum or ifixit forum or else might find web search. fwiw here epson support don't pin lot of hope on that.
