Windows Hello won't recognize my fingerprint reader after update - Microsoft Community

i updated windows 10 home 64 bit on kangaroo mobile desktop computer. hello no longer gives me option use builtin fingerprint reader. preinstalled version of windows worked fine it. how fix?

  • can tell device using?
  • are using device scan fingerprints?
  • are getting error messages? if yes, exact error message?
  • to make sure have not missed on anything, troubleshooting steps have done far?
