i can not watch videos anymore on hp 15 pavilion notebook. when try watch video, it's focused on small area in middle of screen, , it's black/white. strange is, isnt on videos. 75% of videos on youtube works perfectly, 25% doesnt. other siter i've tried watching movies , videos on doesnt work. strange thing is, when i'm not charging laptop, never happens. "problem" appears when charge laptop. , when i, example, watch movie, run out of battery. on browsers i've tested (edge, explorer, chrome, firefox).

i dont know if right topic, real struggle me.

moved from: windows / windows 10 / power on or off device

suggest need update chipset drivers , bios.
recommend update critical ones: bios, chipset, display driver, network
if not work, recommend try 2 things
first: boot windows 10 desktop
press windows key + x
click device manager
expand batteries
right-click microsoft acpi-compliant system.
choose update driver software.
make sure connected internet, check updates.

when complete, restart check if can sleep , wake.

second option
uninstall display driver restart
boot windows 10 desktop
press windows key + x
click device manager
expand display adapters
right click current display adapter
click uninstall
exit device manager
restart

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
