USB mouse and keyboard freeze - Microsoft Community

lately i've started getting infrequent mouse , keyboard freezes. both become unresponsive despite being unplugged , plugged in again. sound , display work fine, mouse , keyboard. hard resets fix issue temporarily.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
