hi:
i have laptop has 2 sign-in accounts. however, when access control panel
and go accounts, see 1 account (the 1 want keep). other one
isn't showing in cp, present @ "boot-up". can tell me where
to go find account want rid of, can delete it? thanks.... and
i have administrative account picture i'd change, when left click on the
picture....nothing. how can change picture? in advance. carl

account you’re seeing on login screen of your windows 10 pc can removed settings or using elevated command prompt. sort out concern, suggest manage account following steps below:
- click start > settings > accounts.
- for windows versions 1607 , 1703, click the family & other users.
- for version 1709, click family & other people.
- select account want delete, click remove, , follow on-screen instructions complete process.
- after completing steps, may check if issue persists.
you may use command prompt delete account proceeding these steps:
- click start, type command prompt, right-click on program , select run administrator.
- type net user , press enter. show list of accounts on computer.
- on command prompt window, enter command: net user (user account) /delete , press enter. (example: net user joseph ban /delete).
- once you’re done, process automatically remove account computer.
note: before doing these steps, restart pc make sure account want delete not signed in. additionally, may prompted administrator password , confirmation of changes require administrative rights. provide password , confirm proceed. please make sure follow steps care avoid issue.
furthermore, may change account photo on pc following steps provided in article on how change account picture. once you’re on page, may proceed steps , complete process. after completing steps, may check if you’re able change image on user profile.
