under settings; diagnostic data, want set @ full. options grayed out, , set basic. in red @ top, says *some settings hidden or managed organization. don't have organization, commercial, educational, or otherwise. privately owned , used machine on private network. purchased pro version of windows 10 allow more control on settings, services, etc. think should apply settings options.

how can fix this?
