Delay in User profile launching - Microsoft Community

my profile take 10-15 mins launch.

scenario:

have pc windows 10 - systems have latest versions(all date)

i have 3 users on pc.

when logging in 2 of 3 launch right away- users picture comes , loads.

the third user launches screen goes black - hit ctel+alt+delete task manager.

i can switch users , other 2 launch expected.

if go third users after 10-15 mins , log in launches.

if leave first time launch user take 10-15 appear.

anyone have same problem?  if so, how did fix it?

for better assist concern, we'd know following:

  • confirm build installed on device. check, follow steps below:
  1. press windows key + r, type in winver.
  2. click ok.
  • were there recent changes made prior issue?
  • are using local account or microsoft account?
  • have tried starting pc in clean boot state? starting system in clean boot state identify if third party applications or startup items causing issue.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
