Recognizing usb hd dock in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

i trying attach external hd usb dock.  the device manager , hardware , devices pages both show it, cannot access nor can show on file manager list of hd's.  what doing wrong?

in disk management see if has letter, if not give one.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
