my HP laptop keeps stuttering - Microsoft Community

my laptop stutters every few seconds, half second. annoying long enough **** typing , cursor coordination. typing on twitter or email, , lags hard , see second later mistype, got delete , stutters again , delete much. or go open file on file browser or desktop , have spend few seconds longer trying move cursor on file want open. oddly enough don't see problem of games have installed on laptop, few, , they're older games own, fallout new vegas or first dawn of war game. have been dealing while now, , getting sick of it. 

i tried updating drivers on computer, didn't ****; might hardware issue, can't deal can't buy replacement parts unemployed , live grandmother isn't rich herself. if afford parts, might not able buy parts need live. got computer in america, live in poland @ present , lot of things buy in america aren't available nearby. closest store sells nintendo products or steam gift cards in **** germany example. don't know if have parts might need @ store here in poland

doesn't grandmother can kind of bitch has repeatedly slammed laptop closed in face when didn't want listen nag nonsense care less about. computer kind of falling apart, screen extremely fragile , give way if dropped, , casing near usb plugs cracked , **** , headphone jack shot , battery life has gone hell. doesn't i've use computer day, every day past 3 years now.

when last time have updated windows version build? remember changes made on computer prior issue? have tried doing clean boot on computer isolate programs , system processes causing issue happen? need these information can concern

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance.
