'Open With' in Windows 10 - Microsoft Community

all of sudden, without changing anything, 'open with' field on drop down menu appearing in widows 10 right click on picture has been blanked out! appreciated, thank much.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
