Issues with Windows tech installing an older set of windows on top of - Microsoft Community

i had been running enterprise pro version , decided upgrade windows. took system out , had rebuilt. own drivers , programs. ran fine , had set security features password required access things on system, such no downloads without admin password, no deletion or removal of programs without admin passwords etc. had separate password office program. 

this failed update windows on june 06/2017 less 2 months after having system rebuilt secure.

i developed blacking of monitor me means conflict in programing. upgraded monitor hdmi monitor got glitch. had contacted microsoft through virtual tech. continued chat. when spoke man named michael reportedly works microsoft tech in philippeans, asked access system , when did sent me link rescue me downloaded , allowed him access. advised me fix issue might need perform clean install. told him had custom system , clean install create issues. told him 5 or 6 times.

he told me wait twenty 4 hours , problem resolved. 

but when next tried log onto system noticed there 2 accounts. 1 called arthu no photo unrecognized. , 1 photo 1 had on system day before.

when tried log onto account used administrative password. came password unrecognized. clicked on more info, read in red required password set oeat system. since3 time have been trying , advising required file's found , locked away under account , entire system determined these settings access documents photos , court cases. no longer send them print, not remove setting through normal removal tool requires admin password. paid thousand dollar have system updated graded , registered. , man in 1 move has set new( older) version of windows on system.

my system told server run on eighty copies of windows on it. had space documents games can't play due them not accepting older version of windows on system when installed program onto system , locking me out of program. 

in fact second time in less 2 years have had issue created windows , spent money no longer experience these type of issues. had advice place passwords on systems making more difficult hack. in doing appears changed windows or microsoft creating password system , installing older version creating 2 systems on computer 1 useless me other email without files. , no abilities make changes. other 1 began on april 10 of year.
