windows 10 reinstallation problems - Microsoft Community

have re installed windows 10.  the internet works fine emails, surfing etc cannot cannot anythng microsoft.  games, store, search, skype- there not internet connection

there several reasons why microsoft apps not working properly. may caused incorrect internet setting or system file corruption. isolate issue, ask additional information. please answer following:

  • are getting error code when after launching apps?
  • what build , version of windows 10 using?
  • how connect internet?
  • have checked if on metered connection?

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
