Disconnecting from MOBA's yet internet is unaffected - Microsoft Community


hi, i'm posting here have else go might have answers i'm looking for. (i.e. asked same question got different answers tried them , no avail). here am, aren't gamers mean moba games league of legends, heroes of storm, or in terms of xbox , pc game smite. i'm experiencing problems world of warships limited aircraft carrier ship variants. explain problem, heroes of storm start match , till 5 minutes in when disconnected, attempts reconnect , never does, close out game rejoin , 2 minutes later, disconnect, forever until reset computer process resets , i'm @ square one. smite on xb1 similar thing disconnects around 4 min 10 sec , boots me main menu can rejoin i'll d/c every match (at least once if not more) there on in. world of warships playing aircraft carrier has similar problem of disconnecting @ 5 minutes , booting me main menu have attempt rejoin works , doesn't. note happening , internet unaffected, doesn't drop doesn't skip, nothing. troubleshooting: tried playing hots on old laptop (windows 7 wireless , wired play) no problems when upgraded windows 10 didn't show problems wired or wireless play. i've flushed dns, hard reset router , modem (both netgear), restarting computer, hard restarting xbox, switching ethernet cords, opening ports, closing ports, talking blizzard, talking xbox support, talking isp, tweaking internet settings, tweaking computer settings such shutting off ethernet port auto shutoff save power, i've tried many different methods see if it's router , modem , yet isn't, i've tried running computer in compatibility mode, i've tried downloading earlier versions of directx, i've tried running games (on computer) in windowed mode, i've tried has not worked , i'm here hoping has can try short of factory restoring computer.

this issue might have caused outdated network adapter driver. update network adapter driver, kindly follow steps below:

  1. click on start.
  2. type device manager, , select device manager list of results.
  3. select network adapters, , right-click on network adapter name.
  4. select update driver.
  5. click on search automatically updated driver software.
  6. follow steps, , click on close.
  7. check if issue persists after restarting computer.

if issue persists, best contact internet provider.
