Laptop is RANDOMLY EXTREMELY SLOW AND NOTHING IS RESPONDING - Microsoft Community

hello,

i urgently need ur not want loose personal files.

my laptop has been working fine since last week had restarted computuer , has been extremely slow , nothing responding. there no weird sounds, boots normally, shuts down normally, probelm slow , programs not respond. can access files(ex. viewing pics) slow state cannot copy , paste files. nothing bottom task bar works , checked task manager , showing me 100% disk when nothing open. laptop not crash , no memory no near full. laptop 3 years old , new problem me. lastest software downloaded calculater software , last thing had done before problem occured print out word. sure calculator software not problem because used specific 1 came graphing calculator , also, ive had around 2 weeks before problem arised. have tried 3 of 4 system restores , not complete successfully. please , let me know problem.

these following specs:

acer aspire e-15

intel pentium(quad core processor)

intel hd graphics 

4 gb ddr3 l memory 

500 gb hdd

oh , sorry forgot mention mouse not glitch or slow down @ all, normal.

hello, so bought new laptop came windows 10 pre-installed. when unpacking, store clerk created dummy local account used when starting first time - make process faster syncing microsoft account, can sync later - said. anyway, done , welcomed desktop. synced microsoft account , went in. synced right away - down wallpapers , themes - save 1 thing; the account name. it still using dummy local account name, despite picture has changed account picture. clicked 'sign in microsoft account instead', , process failed in end. said "[my e-mail account] here already. user in device uses microsoft account, can't add here" i tried removing e-mail & app account under 'e-mail & app account' tab , when tried again, still didn't work. please, want name here. oh, , don't know topic should fall - there's no 'sync' specifically, pick 1 think closest. sorry in advance. ...
