laptop note2000 key not working .why? please support

cause dirt under keys. shut down computer normally, turn keyboard upside down , brush hands , forth on keys. idea try bounce dirt out. if have vacuum cleaner, run on keyboard too. if have compressed air, blow along edges of keys. if have fine wire or feeler probe, try poke under keys dislodge dirt. careful not pop key caps off. key caps can removed, many require special tool , if force off key permanently loose.

I lose Bluetooth audio whenever I connect to Wifi - Microsoft Community
