windows 10 not loading correctly. tries reboot couple of times , shows display message "recovery -it looks windows didn't load correctly". have tried options, still not working.

moved from: windows / windows 10 / windows update, recovery, & backup

for isolate concern display message "recovery - looks windows didn't load correctly", know following:

  • were there changes made on computer prior issue (e.g., updates, software installation)?
  • to make sure have not missed on anything, aside rebooting, other troubleshooting steps have done far?
