Problem with local account after creaters update 1703 - Microsoft Community

after updating windows 10 version 1703 loggin in local account doesn't work. login screen keeps returning , asking password.i have installed 1703 second time , returning earlier version again.

has same problem , posible solution?

moved windows / windows 10 / windows update, recovery, & backup

are receiving error message or error code?

did used microsoft account?
