Unable to access online learning site - Microsoft Community

hello 

i'm online student pursuing courses amity university. yesterday when logged blackboard open courses study. couldn't open blackboard page. shows 'authentication error' shows link 'blackboard front page' when click shows message 'page not found. contact system administrator..' i've created admin acc , tries several other ways log blackboard when i'm trying log in through blackboard+learn website shows same message must contact system administrator. dont understand need log in before. happens of sudden. i'm using windows 10 . request kindly me problem since i'm yet assignments , submit them before 15th november.
